How to register a NEW horse: Log into MyDASC on the www.socaldressage.com website On the left of your Member Profile, you should see the “Member Menu”. Click on “Register New Horse”. Fill out the form as follows: 1) Registration Type – Choose “ANNUAL” which makes you eligible for Year End Awards for the selected show year only– Choose “LIFE” if you want to pay $50 for lifetime registration. 2) Show Year: Choose the show year (in most cases this is the current show year, unless you are doing memberships for next year now) 3S Show Name – Please do not use apostrophes or other symbols in the name.
6) USEF: Please enter USEF number here 7) Breed: Please enter horse’s breed here 8) Gender: Please select horse’s gender 9) Size: Please indicate size 10) Sire: if known, otherwise type unknown 11) Dam: if known, otherwise type unknown 12) Birth Year: Indicate year horse was born 13) Registry: if including papers for consideration in the Year End Breed Awards, indicate which here 14) Registry #: include registry number for #13 Click on “Continue” You should then be taken to the payment screen to complete the process.
( if not, follow these steps: ) 1.) Go to the main Member Profile . 2.) On the left side menu, click on Renew Membership Your horse should appear in the list if you did the first part correctly. In the horse section – select the change that you want to make: Life, Annual, Free, Skip Annual ($10/horse) qualifies the horse to be eligible for year end Performance and Breed Awards Life ($50/horse) is a permanent nomination for as long as you own the horse. Free is if you want to show have no interest in Year End Awards 3.) Click on Continue This will take you to Renew Membership (STEP 2) 4.) Verify the amount and change you’re making 5.) Click the button next to the PayPal option 6.) Click the “Complete Registration” button at the bottom Then, you should automatically be taken to the PayPal page for DASC How to renew an expired horse registration:
