Here are step by step instructions for registering for your DASC membership for the first time IF you have *never* used the MyDASC part of the website before you need to do #1 - if you already have a username and password - skip to #2
1. Establish a username and password (if you have not done this step already) (the form looks like this) On the DASC website, go to the red "join DASC" tab in the upper right corner of the screen Click on the link to "Apply Online" Enter your Name, desired username, e-mail address, and desired password. *** important note: each member will need their own e-mail address - families cannot share the same e-mail Click on the Register tab to complete this important step. You will be returned to the main DASC web page - You may now "log in". 2.) Log in to the website Click on the blue "MyDASC" tab on the top navigation bar of the DASC website A page will come up that asks for your username and password - use the information from above. You will be taken to a page that says DASC Online Application (STEP 1) - it looks like THIS (there is a note at the top of this page that applies to DASC Members who already have member numbers, if this is your first time joining DASC, disregard the message) 3.) Fill out the registration form as *completely* as possible and click "Contine" at the bottom You will be taken to DASC Online Application (STEP 2) which shows all the information that you have added - verify this information, then scroll to the bottom to see the payment options. (it looks like THIS) Important note: if you would like to pay with a credit card, you do NOT need a PayPal account to do so. We do use PayPal as our merchant service, but there is an option on the PayPal payment screen to do so without establishing a PayPal account. 4.) Select method of payment: Credit Card/Paypal or Check If you choose check payment, your membership will not be confirmed until we receive the check and it has cleared the bank. If you choose credit card payment, you will be re-directed to the DASC PayPal payment section. It looks like THIS Below the PayPal log in section, there is a link to pay without a PayPal account, if needed. 5.) Pay for your membership
NOW you can log into your member profile and add your horse(s). Go to the blue MyDASC tab on the DASC website and log in. You will now see your "Member Profile" - here you can find your DASC ID, membership status, personal information and horse information. On the left side, there is a menu of other options, including: Print Membership Card - click this link to print your cards (we do not mail cards at this time) My Site User Details - click this link to update/change your password, e-mail Renew Membership - use this link to renew your membership or upgrade horse nominations Register New Horse - use this link to register a new horse - be sure to nominate for year end awards if you are planning on showing!! Show Record - use this link to track your scores throughout the year. You *must* have a USEF number on file in your DASC profile for proper display of records. We use this number to cross check identity/results. Also, if you notice discrepancies, bring them to the attention of the show manager at the show where they were earned - that's where we get our information! Choose Register New Horse to add a horse to your profile. (if you need assistance with adding a horse - go to the MyDASC Help link) |
