The 2009 Year End Award Report has been posted. Results are TENTATIVE, pending a review of basic qualifications, nomination fees paid, etc. A FINAL list of winners and rankings will be posted soon.

Question: What do you do if your scores are incorrect or not included in our results?
Answer: You must have the show manager/secretary resubmit the results to DASC via the .dat file. The scores must be submitted with the correct USEF section codes or they will not be tabulated in the final results. For questions please call Dannie Lee at 818-383-2711. |
All issues must be reported by Dec 18th.

DASC EDUCATION GRANTS ARE AVAILABLE!
DASC has grant money that is to be used toward education. These grants are open to all DASC members.
To be consisdered for a grant, just fill out the application which can be found on the Grants and Education page of this website by clicking HERE

We are happy to launch the new DASC web site. Even though this is a work in progress we have made several improvements over our previous sites.
The most important change is the introduction of site registration. This is a free one time registration to this website. By registering you will create your online DASC account, Its easy and free. (Please note this is different then the DASC membership. Current DASC Members: Please note that the system will attempt to connect your DASC account with the email that you use during registration. If this is not the email address you want to use, no worries, we will be able sync your account up after you register, it just will not be automatic.)
For more information on the new DASC Website launch see the Developer Log. In the Developer Log you will see the current changes as well as upcoming site enhancements.

DASC is proud to be the sponsor for the Region 7 USDF Adult Clinic on November 1 -2, 2008 with clinician Jane Savoie being held at El Sueno Equestrian Center in Somis, CA! A limited number of grants from DASC are available for current DASC members wishing to ride or audit the clinic. There are three (3) grants available for riders covering the cost of the clinic ($250 each for one open and two amateur riders). There are also a limited number of grants for auditors. (Auditor grants cover the USDF member pre-registered fee for the Saturday/Sunday package offered by USDF).
Recipients will be determined after the USDF selection committee has made their final rider selections. If you are picked to ride in the clinic, you will be considered for the riding grant, all others will be submitted for the auditor grants.

To be considered for any of the grants: Mail or Email your Name, Phone Number, DASC #, and USDF# before October 1, 2008.
Make sure you include the statement “Jane Savoie Clinic November 2008” and indicate if you have applied or intend to apply as a rider participant in the clinic.

First date to qualify was September 28, 2007 in the open classes at the 2007 DASC Championship Show. All scores earned at DASC-rated shows between last year's championship show and September 7, 2008 will qualify you for the 2008 Championships and for the 2008 Year End Awards. |

The DASC Board of Directors is saddened upon the news of the tragic death of trainer Ricardo Amaya, long-time supporter and valued member. To assist the family, DASC has setup a Ricardo Amaya Fund, for those who feel inclined to send a brief note or donate funds to help his family during this time of need. The DASC Board of Directors will forward all donations, letters and thoughts to the family as they are received.
